Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our all-inclusive packages cover hospital fees, doctor fees, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, local transportation, medical translator, and concierge coordination. Only international airfare and personal expenses are separate.
What if I need additional tests or procedures?
Any additional procedures will be discussed with you first and quoted separately. You always have the right to decline. Additional costs are also covered by our 110% cap guarantee.
Can I use my health insurance?
Many international insurance policies cover medical treatment abroad. We provide detailed invoices and medical documentation for insurance claims. Check with your provider for pre-authorization.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before scheduled arrival. 50% refund for cancellations 7-14 days before. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be credited to a future booking.
Do prices include accommodation and travel?
Yes! All our package prices include 4-star hotel accommodation near the hospital, round-trip airport transfer, daily hospital transport, a professional medical translator, local SIM card, and 24/7 concierge support. International airfare is not included.
